Mass General Brigham is seeking an Operator Representative I for the Digital Communications Center. This onsite role supports a 24x7 call center with a 40-hour work week, primarily at MGH with occasional coverage at Assembly Row, Somerville.
You will manage calls, pages, and emergencies, provide courteous service, and map complex procedures to codes. Strong typing and Windows skills plus hospital experience are preferred.
