Job Description
Forever Young Spas is a longevity and wellness spa in a Back Bay brownstone. Clients come to us for massage, stretch, and skin treatments, and many become members. We're small, the bookings move fast, and the front desk sets the tone for every visit.What You'll Do
- Greet every client by name and make the first minute feel calm and personal
- Check clients in and out in our booking system (Mangomint; we'll train you)
- Keep back-to-back appointments flowing so nobody waits wondering what to do
- Answer calls, texts and booking questions, and help clients rebook
- Explain our membership and help interested clients sign up (you earn a bonus on each one)
- Keep the lobby and rooms guest-ready (fresh linens, slippers, tidy racks)
- Help with light social media when there's downtime (photos, stories), if you enjoy it
- A great personality: warm, upbeat, and genuinely good with people
- Reliable — you show up on time, every shift. This matters more than anything else on this list
- Available Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM, with no regular conflicts
- At least 1 year in a customer-facing job (restaurant, coffee shop, retail, gym, hotel, salon all count)
- Comfortable with a phone, a tablet and a simple booking app
- No spa experience needed — we'll teach you everything
- Can you work Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM, every week? (Yes / No)
- Are you currently enrolled in classes that would conflict with these hours? (Yes / No)
- How many years have you worked in a customer-facing job?
- Can you provide a reference from a past manager who can speak to your attendance? (Yes / No)
