Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Foxboro, MA. A great opportunity with a close-knit team
Responsibilities- Receive and enter customer orders into computers
- Provide updates on order statuses
- Answer incoming calls a redirect as needed
- Provide assistance in other departments
- Perform other related customer service tasks
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience working in a distribution company preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- possess proper phone etiquette techniques
- Great Microsoft Office software and general computer skills-able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Great organizational skill and attention to detail
Hours:
9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00/hr
