Answering Service Operator- ON SITE

TEKsystems is hiring Hospital Answering Service Operators to work ON SITE for a client based in Boston, MA.

These positions would take place 100% on site and would offer the opportunity to work for a top employer in the Boston market. Room to move up within the organization!

Job Description

-Taking high volume calls from incoming patients of doctors for clinics which are Hospitals and Smaller Health Clinics

-Determining who is on the call

-Retrieving customer contact information in database

-Triaging the call to the appropriate contact.

Hours (need to be flexible here)

Paid Training provided on a shift of Monday
- Friday 10:30-6:30pm for all shifts

We are hiring for 2 nd shift hours

Swing shift-Between 10am-8pm-Tuesday-Saturday
- The days off for this specific shift would be Sunday and Monday.

Earlier 2nd shift
- Between 1pm-10pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The days off for this specific shift would be Sunday and Wednesday.

Pay

$22- 25/hr. (based off experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
