• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active and valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Massachusetts.
• Compliance with all licensing requirements and continuing education obligations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and a diverse team of dental professionals.
• Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Adherence to high ethical and professional standards in patient care and business practices.

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
• Cultivate strong connections with patients, fostering an environment of trust and comfort.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and collaborate on long‑term dental care strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous education and professional development.
