We are seeking a highly skilled 3D (Experiential) Designer with exceptional proficiency in Sketch Up and 3d modeling to join our creative team for an upcoming large scale tech event. You'll need strong skills in floor planning, spatial thinking, 3d modeling and rendering skills, along with experience designing for complex experiential / trade show environments.

You will play a pivotal role in crafting captivating 3D visuals and immersive experiences for a variety of projects, with a particular emphasis on experiential design. The ideal candidate possesses a strong artistic eye, technical expertise, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of 3D design from early concept through fabrication ready design. This role requires comfort working in a fast‑paced, highly iterative, and passionate collaborative environment.

• Location: Remote.
• Hours: 2 positions, 1 Full time, 1 Part time
• Dates: Mid Jan - Late April

• 3D Modeling & Visualization:
  Develop high quality 3d models and spatial layouts using Sketch Up, with rendering primarily in Enscape and/or Key Shot (experience with other rendering tools is acceptable with comparable output quality and speed).
• Experiential Design:
  Collaborate closely with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into engaging and memorable 3D experiences that leave a lasting impression on audiences.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Maintain a deep understanding of 3d modeling capabilities, including modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering techniques.
• Project Management:
  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to strict deadlines and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Innovation & Exploration:
  Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in 3D design and experiential technology, constantly seeking new ways to elevate our creative output.

• Expert 3d Modeling
  
  Skills:
  
  A portfolio showcasing extensive 3d modeling / Sketch Up proficiency and a deep understanding of its toolset.
• Experiential Design
  
  Experience:
  
  A proven track record of designing 3D visuals and experiences for large-scale events, installations, or interactive displays.
• Strong Design Eye:
  Excellent sense of scale, proportion, composition, and spatial storytelling.
• Rendering
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven experience rendering environments using Enscape, Key Shot, or comparable real‑time / high quality rendering tools.
• Collaborative & Reliable:
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
