Position: Technical Interior Project Architect
Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid
Summary:
The Interior Project Architect / Technical Lead will oversee the technical aspects of interior design projects from concept through construction, ensuring high standards of design and execution. Responsibilities include managing production, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and leading construction administration. The role demands excellent problem-solving skills, advanced technical proficiency, and strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams across all phases, from design to construction.
- Ensure effective communication among team members and adherence to project schedules.
- Provide technical guidance and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor team members and contribute to business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture;
Master’s preferred. - Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Pursuing or holding NCIDQ certification or architectural license.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
