Responsibilities

• Lead a talented group of creatives, taking complicated and licensed IP and transferring it to new products to meet client demand.

• Work with leadership and brand creatives to guide projects and partnerships; help organize and optimize design processes.

• Ensure the role is not a marketing function, focusing on IP-driven product design and creative leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the USA and internationally as part of a Cincinnati-based team.
