We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to build a cohesive, enterprise‑ready experience across multiple user personas. This hands‑on senior IC role requires you to design, prototype, and ship alongside Product and Engineering.

• Lead end‑to‑end design of core workflows and product experiences, from discovery to production.
• Build and evolve our product design system, driving consistency at scale.
• Rapidly prototype and validate concepts with Figma (variables and advanced interactions).
• Partner with Product to run qualitative and quantitative research—usability testing, interviews, data‑driven insights—to inform decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering and Product on implementation and strategy.
• Elevate visual craft and create a refined, delight‑filled product design.
• Leverage emerging AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, ideation, and design production.

• Full‑lifecycle design experience with case studies demonstrating problem identification, insight validation, design systems, interactions, and shipping.
• Systems thinking and ability to design scalable experiences across an interconnected ecosystem.
• Fluency in Figma—including components, variables, auto‑layout, prototyping, and mapping designs to code.
• Strong visual craft: typography, layout, color, hierarchy, modern aesthetics, and patterns.
• AI curiosity and hands‑on experience integrating AI tools into your workflow.
• Research competency: comfort partnering on usability tests, interviews, analytics, and incorporating insights into design process.

• Experience in Healthcare or Health‑Tech: familiarity with healthcare workflows, constraints, or regulatory considerations.
• Multi‑sided product experience designing for distinct user personas (e.g., applicants and recruiters).

$125,000 to $165,000 annually, plus equity.
