Experiential Designer

Our client is looking for an Experiential Designer for a 6 month contract!

The Experiential Designer will lead the creative vision and hands‑on design of a high‑profile, six‑month buildout project. This role combines architecture, technology, and storytelling to create an immersive space that showcases Med Tech and medical devices‑built to resemble a surgical center.

This is a 6 month, 40‑hour per week role. This role will be mostly remote, with travel to the Boston, MA office 1× per month (they will reimburse for travel).

• Design and lead concepts for large‑scale, executive‑level exhibit spaces
• Create 3D designs, sketches, and renderings; prototype interactive technologies
• Oversee both creative direction and technical execution
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AR/VR and emerging trends
• Present ideas and progress to clients and leadership
• Mentor designers and ensure alignment with brand and business goals

• Degree in Architecture, Spatial Design, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in exhibit, architectural, or immersive environment design
• Strong portfolio of museum/exhibit buildouts or similar projects
• Expertise in concept development and rendering tools (Rhino, Sketch Up, Revit, etc.)
• Comfortable with AR/VR and interactive systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
