** position involves performing health assessments, conducting diagnostic tests, diagnosing and managing breast-related health conditions, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in breast imaging and diagnostic radiology, with proficiency in mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and image-guided biopsies. * Key Responsibilities:

*** Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tests for patients with breast conditions, including mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image-guided biopsies.
* Interpret and analyze diagnostic images to diagnose and determine appropriate treatment plans for patients.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists, surgeons, and pathologists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
* Conduct regular rounds and discussions with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
* Provide patient education on health conditions, diagnostic procedures, and treatment options.
* Participate in the design, implementation, and interpretation of clinical research, especially in breast imaging and related fields.
* Mentor and teach medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to the academic mission of the Department of Radiology.
* Stay current with advancements in breast imaging technologies and clinical practices through ongoing professional development and research.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to continuously enhance patient care and outcomes.
* Ensure accurate documentation of patient evaluations, diagnostic findings, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes in accordance with hospital standards.

* Qualifications:

*** Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology with a fellowship in Breast Imaging.
* A strong background in breast imaging modalities (mammography, ultrasound, MRI, image-guided biopsy).
* Clinical expertise and experience in managing breast cancer screenings, diagnostics, and interventional procedures.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment.
* Academic interest in clinical research, medical education, and teaching.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and teamwork.
* Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
