Psychiatrist – Inpatient Services
Arbour Hospital in Jamaica Plain, MA is seeking a board‑eligible or certified psychiatrist to provide inpatient psychiatric care for patients of all ages. Child and adolescent fellowship training is preferred. New graduates and experienced psychiatrists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities• Assess, diagnose, and treat inpatient psychiatric patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and monitor psychiatric symptoms.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary inpatient team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital documentation standards.
• Participate in daily interdisciplinary team rounds and case conferences.
• Board‑eligible or board‑certified psychiatrist.
• Experience treating patients of all ages in an inpatient setting.
• Child and adolescent fellowship training preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- $290,000 – $320,000 base compensation, plus productivity bonus
