Primary Care Physician

• We are a growing concierge medical practice in Back Bay Boston, affiliated with Mass General Brigham, providing a personalized practice model combining medical excellence with caring from the heart.
• At Personal Health MD we cultivate a long-term patient relationship. Caring through life stages in sickness and in health, we span acute and chronic illness care with a personalized medical and lifestyle wellness plan for each patient’s total health.
• Affiliated with the Mass General Brigham network we use Epic and have access to world renowned specialists when needed.

• We are looking for a talented physician to provide full spectrum primary care and cutting-edge wellness care.
• Board certified IM, FP, or Med Peds physician with > 5 years post-residency looking for a long-term home for their love of medicine and caring.
• We seek a lifelong learner who excels at clinical complexity and systems thinking and has a gift for communication that builds patient relationships.
• Comfortable being a team player as part of a practice team developing continuous practice improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
• Patient panel grows to 150 patients includes all adult ages, college students, and occasional home visits. (if FP/MP includes Pediatrics)
• In office care 4 days a week with some telemedicine. Seeing 4 to 6 patients per day allows for extended visits and email follow-up. The curious clinician will have time to research medical literature and stay on the cutting edge of western medicine along with holistic integrative therapies.
• After-hours patient access via texting is for urgent medical needs only. Shared physician call for vacations and CME.
