• 4 Day Clinical Work Week (32 clinical care hours, 8 administrative)
• Epic EMR
• Mix of young to elderly patients

$ – $ USD annual base salary. The pay range listed is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Compensation may be determined based on several factors including education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
