Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician!
Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients? At the Daniel Driscoll-Neponset Health Center in Boston, we’re looking for a passionate Family Medicine Physician to provide exceptional primary care services. You’ll be at the heart of our Patient Centered Care Model , managing outpatient visits and coordinating comprehensive patient care.
Your Role:As a Family Medicine Physician, you will:
- Serve as the primary care provider for a dedicated panel of patients.
- Conduct outpatient visits and manage patient communications.
- Oversee safe transitions of care and refer patients to specialty services.
- Assess health risks, promote disease prevention, and practice evidence-based medicine.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A completed accredited residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, with Board Certification.
- A valid Massachusetts MD/DO license, DEA, and Basic Life Support Certification.
- Experience with Office 365 and EMR systems (EPIC/OCHIN experience is a plus).
- A background in community health settings is preferred.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) located at our vibrant health center on Neponset Avenue in Boston, MA. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Primary Care, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Behavioral Health, and more!
