At VA New England, we lead the VHA's Primary Care initiative by employing the PACT model, which focuses on evidence-based practices to empower patients in their health journey. Your RoleAs a Primary Care Physician, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostics, and interventions for our veteran population.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve patient and medical center goals.
- Embrace the PACT model of care, upholding our core values:
Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence (ICARE).
We offer competitive salaries ranging from $225,000 to $265,000 per year , along with:
- Recruitment/Relocation Incentives for certain locations.
- Eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan reimbursement initiative.
To join our team, you will need:
- A full, unrestricted medical license.
- Board Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
