Summary

The TD Team Member plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our case evaluation process. This position is responsible for reviewing cases recommended by attorneys and case staff for turn-down, ensuring decisions are well-founded, thoroughly documented, and consistent with firm standards. Beyond case review, the TD Team assesses client interactions throughout the case lifecycle to confirm that every touchpoint reflects our values of professionalism, empathy, and excellence.

This role demands exceptional analytical ability, sound judgment, and independence, along with a solid understanding of personal injury and premises liability law.

Responsibilities
  • Review all cases within assigned territory that attorneys or case managers have recommended for turn-down.
  • Verify the stated reason for declining the case (e.g., liability issues, client-fired cases, no injury, lack of insurance coverage, no treatment, insufficient damages, ETC).
  • Client Experience Quality Review – evaluate how clients were communicated with throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Ensure tone, professionalism, accuracy, and empathy align with firm standards.
  • Identify trends in improper turn‑downs and recommend workflow or training improvements.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury and premises liability case types.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing personal injury (PI) and premises liability cases, including end‑to‑end case coordination and client support.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to assess facts objectively and identify overlooked liability angles.
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment in decision‑making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a steady review workload.
  • Creative problem‑solving mindset to challenge assumptions and uncover opportunities.
