The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with one late evening and one Saturday rotation, about 32 clinical hours plus 8 administrative hours weekly, and telehealth from 8:00 to 8:30 am daily.
Approximately 20 patients per day in a well-established community health center, with new clinical leadership driving improvements; both full-time and part-time opportunities
