Job Description
We are seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join ahigh-performing, integrated Emergency Medicine department in Lawrence,Massachusetts. This established team includes more than 30 Emergency Physician sand Advanced Practice Providers, delivering high-quality, patient-centeredemergency care across multiple Emergency Department sites.
Physicians will provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a collaborative, well-supportedenvironment. Clinical time will be allocated between two Emergency Departments, based on departmental needs and provider preference.
Schedule:
- Regular schedule of 28 or 32clinical hours per week
- Two weekends per month required
- Balanced schedule designed to support work-life integration
Requirements:
- MD, DO, or foreign medicalequivalent
- Successful completion of anACGME- or AOA-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
- Eligible for full,unrestricted Massachusetts medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
- $250 per hour,inclusive of salary and incentive structure
