8. Founded in 1901 and re‑established in 2006, the school partners with Boston College as the Laboratory School affiliated with its Lynch School of Education and Human Development. Rooted in the Roman Catholic tradition, it cultivates respect, mutuality, and care in an environment that prepares students for lives of faith, service, and leadership.

The school is currently seeking a part‑time middle school Spanish teacher for the 2025‑2026 school year.

• Plan and implement engaging, effective lessons aligned with Massachusetts state standards for world languages.
• Understand and support the unique strengths and needs of each student.
• Use the FACTS student information system for attendance, grading, and communication.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress.
• Collaborate with the middle school team, academic coaches, student support team, and school leadership.
• Advance the mission of the school through active participation in a faculty committee.
• Support the faith formation of students and accompany them in faith formation experiences.
• Create a safe and joyful learning environment.
• Contribute to the school’s positive, welcoming culture.

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Commitment to the school’s Catholic mission and identity.
• Ability to use instructional technology.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience as a Spanish teacher.
