Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
- Coordinate content creation for newsletters, blogs, and social media
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Support brand and product marketing initiatives
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, project trackers, and reporting dashboards
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports for campaign performance
- Help manage CRM and email automation workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and creative teams

Qualifications
- College/Pro/Olympic Athletes or Veterans preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Canva, Google Analytics)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Coachable and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
