Associate Teacher

Location:

Seaport, Boston, MA.

The pay range is $19.60 per hour – $24.45 per hour. Final compensation is based on skill, experience, and qualifications.

• Assist with hands‑on activities that meet children’s needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.

• Must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: one year of experience in child‑care, daycare, or preschool settings.
• Preferred: CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or a related field.
• Must pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements.

This position requires compliance with immunization, physical screening, health and safety training, and the ability to work in person in a preschool setting. Full details are available at
