$35.31/hr - $35.31/hr

• Provide one‑on‑one or group support to students in English, Literature, and ESL courses.
• Assist students with homework, projects, test preparation, papers, research and other academic assignments.
• Demonstrate academic best practices for specific subjects and assignments, including research and writing.
• Help students understand key concepts, especially those learned in the classroom.
• Provide students with positive and constructive feedback.
• Build meaningful connections with students from diverse backgrounds.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, Literature, Education or a related area (required).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of tutoring experience preferred.
• Available Tuesday and Friday 9am to 5pm in-person.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff, and student population.

• Hourly Rate: $35.31 (part‑time, non‑benefited)

  Up to 18.5 hours per week
