Analytics - Summer COACH College Program

The opportunity

The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 8-Friday, August 14, 2026
. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week. Interns will earn $17.50-$21.50/hour.

This role is hybrid (1-2 days/week onsite) at 401 Park Drive, Boston. Specific work hours will be determined by the supervisor.

• Participate in daily huddles with People Analytics team and associates
• Select 2 - 3 longitudinal projects and support ad hoc projects as requested
• Attend a 2-day program orientation and onboarding
• Participate in virtual and in-person workshops and activities

• Exposure to administrative data in a health care setting
• Ability to take the skills from college and the internship and applying them to real life experiences and settings

• You are an undergraduate college student in good academic standing and will be enrolled in a two-or four-year program for Fall 2026, and you are interested in working in healthcare
• Highly experienced using Excel and macros
• Motivated to work independently but be part of a team
• Passion for coding and data
• Ability to handle confidential information

  We will follow up within one week of your interview. Decisions regarding program acceptance will be made in March.
• Onboarding
  :
  Those selected for the internship program will complete onboarding by May to ensure a smooth start to the program. This includes:
  • Scheduling an appointment during one of our on-site onboarding days
  • Obtaining appropriate work permits and documentation, as needed
  • Health records
  • Proof of Employment Eligibility
  • Media release

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
