Compensation: $24–$29/hour (based on experience and education)

• Provide loving, responsive care to Preschool (start at ages 2.9).
• Manage feeding, diapering, nap routines, and age‑appropriate learning experiences.
• Communicate openly with families and collaborate with co‑teachers.
• Maintain classroom organization and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

• EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (or application in progress).
• 1+ year of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• Completion of Strong Start 2.0 Training for Center‑Based Childcare.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and safely care for infants (up to 50 lbs.).
• Availability for a 9‑hour shift (with a 1‑hour unpaid break), Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
