YMCA of Greater Boston is seeking an Assistant Director for the Parkway YMCA After School program. Under the Site Director, you will support daily operations, assist in program planning, lead activities, and foster positive relationships with children and families.
Qualifications include a passion for working with children, 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR/First Aid certification. The role offers 40-hour weeks with 10am–6pm shifts.
