Energy Efficiency Project Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Energy Efficiency Project Manager to join our Energy Efficiency Programs Team to support programs that incentivize the adoption of commercial energy efficient related technologies including lighting, HVAC, food service, pumps and process. As a member of the Energy Solutions team, you will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through our work.

• Implementation support, phone engagement, quality control and completion of project deliverables
• Facilitating the progress of multiple projects and bringing them to conclusion
• Communicating project progress to internal stakeholders
• Interacting with customers, clients, and external collaborators
• Conducting market research and data analysis
• Organizing and facilitating distribution of periodic data reports

• Bachelor's degree with an energy focus, preference being towards engineering, environmental science or business
• Minimum of two years of work experience
• Flexibility and adaptability in regard to project focus
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office
• Ability to work and thrive independently and in groups
• Outstanding quality control practices

Compensation to commensurate with experience with the pay band of $69,000-$79,000
