About the RoleWe’re seeking an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design, build, and integrate the electronic systems that bring our robots to life. This role is the critical bridge between the hardware and software teams, ensuring that sensors, actuators, and control systems communicate reliably and efficiently with high-level AI models and runtime systems.
What You’ll Do- Design, prototype, and test electrical systems for robotic platforms (power distribution, controllers, sensors, safety systems).
- Work with embedded microcontrollers and real-time firmware to interface with software systems and runtime control loops.
- Collaborate with software engineers to define communication protocols, data formats, and I/O interfaces.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and control electronics into robotic assemblies.
- Diagnose and resolve system-level issues spanning hardware and software boundaries.
- Strong foundation in electrical/electronic system design
, including schematics, power distribution, PCB layout, and embedded control. - Experience with microcontrollers
, communication protocols (UART, CAN), and firmware development. - Familiarity with robotics, automation, or embedded systems
. - Working knowledge of C/C++, Python, or similar languages for embedded or systems-level work.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines (hardware, software, AI).
- Experience with ROS, robotics control architectures, or mechatronic integration.
- Background in sensor fusion, or real-time control systems.
- Prior work in robotics startups, labs, or experimental environments.
