We are seeking a Project Engineer to support testing initiatives for a single new product development (NPD) effort within the household consumer goods sector. This is a highly focused role centered around testing data management and analysis to drive engineering decisions and product improvements. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to compile insights from testing results, validate requirements, and provide recommendations to help advance the product toward commercialization.

• Compile and centralize testing data from multiple sources.
• Validate Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and ensure alignment with test plans.
• Analyze competitor product testing results and correlate findings to NPD product targets.
• Present testing data to engineering teams and drive alignment on next steps.
• Actively participate in DFMEA review discussions.
• Support efforts to determine areas of improvement through engineering insight based on test results.

• Highly detail‑oriented with strong technical problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to interpret testing results and translate them into actionable engineering recommendations.
• Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.

The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting testing or quality engineering within a product development lifecycle. They thrive working in a fast‑paced environment, are comfortable managing data from multiple sources, and can confidently interact with cross‑functional engineering teams to influence design outcomes.
