What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop master program schedules for complex programs and proposals

Collaborate with Program Managers and support personnel to create detailed baseline plans and schedules

Conduct maintenance and analysis of schedule baselines, including change control and critical path analyses

Support proposal processes by reviewing Requests for Proposals and developing schedules

Provide training and guidance to other schedulers and project team members as required

What is Required (Qualifications):

Four-year college degree in business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of six (6) years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing scheduling environment

Strong knowledge of CPM, Gantt, and Line-of-Balance scheduling techniques

Proficiency in PC-based scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Open Plan)

Exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, facilitation, and teamwork

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Prior experience working with SAP

Experience with Excel, Word, and Power Point

Understanding of earned value methods and various status techniques
