Qualifications
  • 8+ years of scheduling experience with advanced Primavera P6 required, preferably at a general contractor
  • Strong understanding of contractual scheduling requirements for municipal and state projects
  • Experience tracking RFIs and change order requests in monthly progress updates
  • Ability to analyze and mitigate impacts from schedule changes
  • Experience supporting construction claims and developing Time Impact Analysis (TIA) for Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within New England
Responsibilities
  • Support proposal development, RFP process, feasibility studies, constructability reviews, and client presentations
  • Develop bid schedule options and project logistics
  • Implement best practices for key project guidelines, milestones, and baseline development
  • Collaborate with estimating, project management, and stakeholders to set viable schedules, including procurement and required submittals
  • Transition projects to construction phase activities and prepare concise monthly schedule narratives
  • Review schedule progress with operations and facilitate team updates to verify performance against the plan
  • Identify critical path impacts, develop recovery plans, and develop mitigation strategies to reduce risk
  • Provide schedule oversight throughout construction for awarded projects and audit compliance with SDC guidelines and industry standards
  • Analyze early impacts to minimize potential risks
  • Coach construction‑operations staff, collaborate with IT on training efforts, and apply contractual requirements
  • Maintain regional reporting on project performance, SOPs, risk, and lessons learned
