Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the embedded electronic design and product development lifecycle for next-generation consumer products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analog and digital embedded design, PCB layout, and firmware development, ensuring seamless integration of electrical and software systems. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams to develop innovative, high-performance products while ensuring compliance with global standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of embedded hardware and firmware for consumer products.Develop schematic capture and PCB layouts, ensuring compliance with EMI/EMC standards.Work with contract manufacturers to implement electrical designs.Define electrical and firmware architecture in alignment with product goals.Track BOM costs, manage DFMEA documentation, and coordinate with global teams.Debug and resolve hardware/firmware issues using oscilloscopes, JTAG, and SWD.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership.Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.5+ years of experience in embedded electronics design, with expertise in microcontrollers, firmware (C, ASM), and PCB layout.Experience with compliance testing (EMI/EMC, UL, CE).Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred:
