• Direct and coordinate the work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle (from development & initiation to close‑out).
• Manage large, multidisciplinary projects or medium‑sized projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations, and engage in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in collaboration with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the project life cycle, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to stay within agreed‑to budget and schedule.
• Work with Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise large project staffs and mentor less‑experienced Project Managers.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
• Preference for local candidates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position (PE or P.Eng).
• MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience is a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.

Expected compensation range: {Boston, MA}: $155,736 - $222,480; {Providence, RI}: $136,269 - $194,670 (for full‑time regular positions). Temporary and part‑time roles are eligible for limited benefits.
