Mechanical Engineer- ($200k+ Compensation, Partnership Opportunity)

A well‑established and growing engineering firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a stable and lucrative firm that provides engineering solutions across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential.

PE required. Partnership opportunity. $200k+ compensation.

• Conduct field surveys of existing mechanical systems to assess performance and compliance.
• Design HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential facilities.
• Prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and details.
• Review and approve mechanical submittals and assist with RFI responses during construction administration.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure efficient and high‑quality project execution.
• Work on various projects including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and many others.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-20 years of experience in mechanical engineering design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD is required.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support project development and client interactions.
