About the RoleWe’re seeking a Mid‑Level Mechanical Engineer to support HVAC and building systems design while working directly under a credible PE who is highly engaged in mentorship and professional development.
Responsibilities- Design HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial and institutional projects
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts
- Develop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants
- Learn directly from a senior PE throughout all project phases
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–6 years of MEP consulting experience
- Revit proficiency ideally or a comfortability with AutoCAD
- True mentorship, not just oversight
- Long‑term growth and stability
- Strong technical foundation building
