AECOM is hosting an exclusive, invitation-only hiring event in Boston on November 19-20, 2025. AECOM is hiring an Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join our Boston office.

• Perform structural design and analysis for various building types, including aviation, commercial, government, and transportation structures.
• Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.

• BA/BS in Structural or Civil Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Experience with REVIT
• Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Masters Degree in Structural Engineering.
• Experience with either ETABS or SAP, RAM Structural, AutoCAD, and SAFE, TEDDS, SAP
  2000, MathCAD, Revit.
• Previous internship in structural / civil engineering.
