Minimum Experience- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 7+ years of direct and professional experience with Building Enclosures.
- Project‑manage engagements of varying size and complexity with guidance from managers.
- Implement high‑quality building science services across projects.
- Lead the development of project plans, details, and specifications.
- Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze and design roofing and cladding systems, waterproofing details, and testing plans for air, water, structural, thermal performance, and corrosion resistance.
- Delegate assignments to staff as needed.
- Prepare technical reports, document observations, analyze findings, and provide recommendations.
- Write proposals and develop budgets for leadership review.
- Attend industry events to promote BES and engage in professional development.
- Read, write, and understand proposals and contract requirements.
- Contribute positively to BES culture and strive for excellence in work product while acting honestly and fairly with clients and stakeholders.
- Be willing to perform duties outside the scope of the official job description, reflecting our values of caring, excellence, and teamwork.

- AutoCAD experience and proficiency strongly desired.
- Climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently.
- Stand and walk up to 6 hours on job sites.
- Bend, squat, kneel, and maneuver around unpredictable job sites.
- Use all required personal protective equipment (PPE) after training.
- Operate scissor lifts, swing staging, ladders, and other equipment used to access job sites.
- Use various power tools.
- Drive a company van to and from job sites.
