We take pride in delivering exceptional service, creative designs, and practical results. We are looking for a talented Senior Civil Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of Massachusetts land development experience including state and local design, permitting and construction administrative and project team leadership experience. You will lead the civil technical team on a day-to-day basis ensuring high quality plans, application, and report production. Candidate must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines and task assignments comfortably and efficiently for self and civil team.

• Licensed P.E. in Massachusetts
• Develop technical calculations, engineering reports, and construction documentation.
• Assist with local, state, and federal permitting processes.
• Conduct field visits, inspections, and measurements as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.

• Driver’s License (Required)
• Proven knowledge of AutoCAD & Civil 3D. Carlson is a plus
• BS or higher in Civil Engineering awarded by accredited institution or comparable experience
• 15+ years of experience in a Civil Engineer technical and managerial role.
• Direct experience in civil / site design, land planning, and permitting experience for diverse project types.
• Project management experience & ability to present both in house and at Municipal hearings and meetings.
