Our client in Downtown Boston seeks a Principal Dev Ops Engineer for a full‑time, direct‑hire role with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). This highly hands‑on position focuses on designing, building, and scaling AWS‑based cloud infrastructure while serving as a senior technical leader and mentor across engineering teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Daily Responsibilities

• Architect and build automated cloud infrastructure

• Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance

• Lead technical direction and best practices for Dev Ops initiatives

• Partner cross‑functionally with engineering and product teams

• Mentor engineers and influence platform strategy without direct people management
