• Lead and perform complex numerical groundwater modeling projects including flow and transport simulations.
• Apply professional training in groundwater hydraulics or hydrology to support project objectives.
• Utilize various modeling codes and platforms to develop and calibrate groundwater models.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on modeling practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and present modeling results effectively.
• Prepare technical documentation, white papers, and contribute to Total Knowledge Management initiatives.
• Review and sign off on modeling reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in conferences and symposia to promote the firm's modeling capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related discipline.
• Professional registration as a PE or PG as applicable.
• 10 years of complex numerical groundwater modeling experience.
• Experience in a variety of hydrogeologic environments.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required based on project demands.

Minimum: $114,150

Maximum: $199,742
