Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated IT/OT Associate Project Manager to assist in planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

* Support Project Managers in coordinating and overseeing project activities across various IT and OT projects.

* Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and documentation.

* Track and report project progress, identifying risks or delays and recommending solutions.

* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports.

* Help facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

* Participate in project meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of project deliverables.

* Assist with resource allocation and scheduling.

* Ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, and compliance requirements.

* Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the project management organization.

Qualifications

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

* A master's degree and/or PMP/CAPM certification is a plus.

Experience:

* 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.

* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Technical

Skills:

* Understanding of systems deployment methodologies and tools.

* Knowledge of utility operations and electric/gas grid infrastructure.

* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).

People

Skills:

* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
