Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Engineer position located in the Greater Boston area. The Product Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of products. Daily responsibilities include conducting research, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring product quality standards. The role also involves analyzing technical specifications, addressing production challenges, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with the company’s high standards for craftsmanship and luxury.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Engineering and Product Design skills with hands‑on experience in manufacturing or related fields.
- Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) to drive innovation and improve product offerings.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data, solve complex problems, and improve production processes.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present technical concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of luxury product manufacturing and experience with customization or bespoke product design is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on‑site in Greater Boston and manage projects within tight timelines.
