We’re seeking a skilled and driven Solutions Engineer to support the full lifecycle of advanced drive and control systems—from concept to commissioning.

• Lead pre‑sales, technical solution design, and post‑sales support for advanced motion control and automation systems.
• Configure and propose solutions using drives, servomotors, PLCs, HMIs, encoders, and fieldbus protocols (e.g., PROFINET, Ether
  
  CAT).
• Guide clients through system sizing, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver training and field support to both internal teams and external customers.
• Travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) for on‑site project execution.

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field preferred; or 5+ years of direct experience with motion control systems, including servomotors, AC and DC drives, controls, PLCs, HMIs, encoders, and fieldbus communication (e.g., PROFINET, Ether Net/IP, Ether
  
  CAT).
• Proven ability to take applications from concept through startup with strong troubleshooting and problem‑resolution skills (pre‑sales, sales and post‑sales activities).
• Capable of evaluating multiple technical options and implementing effective solutions.
• Active listener with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and respond professionally.
• Strong applied knowledge of physics and mathematics for system sizing, load calculations, and selecting appropriate drive and control components.
