The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation seeks a Waterfront Project Engineer (Civil Engineer III) to plan, design, permit and supervise marine and waterfront projects. You will manage staff, review submittals, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety rules.
You will prepare technical documents, cost estimates and bid materials, while coordinating with municipalities and state agencies. A PE would be preferred; EIT eligibility is acceptable with progression plans.
