Role Highlights- – Analyse client operations to identify bottlenecks and performance gaps
- – Implement sustainable process improvements across production lines
- – Collaborate with front‑line teams to deliver tangible, lasting outcomes
- – Manage projects from diagnostics through to results delivery
- – Travel Mon–Thurs to client sites across the US
- – Top-tier degree in a technical engineering field, physical sciences, or mathematics
- – 1-4 years of relevant manufacturing industry experience
- – Process engineering experience is advantageous
- – Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills
- – Strong communication and influencing ability
- – Motivation to learn fast and lead change from day one
- – Right to work in the US without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
- – Ability to travel regularly
- – $120,000–$170,000 first year compensation + all travel, accommodation etc costs covered
- – 25 days PTO plus additional sick leave
