To support continued growth in the New England region, my client is seeking an experienced and motivated Bridge Engineer, ranging anywhere from junior to senior-level, to join a thriving bridge practice. This individual will provide technical leadership and contribute to a diverse portfolio of bridge projects across the Northeast.

The role includes involvement in all phases of bridge design - from early scoping through final plans, specifications, estimates (PS&E), and construction engineering services.

This individual will provide technical leadership and contribute to a diverse portfolio of bridge projects across the Northeast.

• Lead and support the design of various bridge structures, including steel, concrete, post‑tensioned, and prestressed concrete.
• Design related structures such as retaining walls, gantries, and foundations.
• Perform bridge load ratings.
• Conduct inspections of bridges and culverts.
• Support the growth and development of a dynamic bridge engineering team in Massachusetts and throughout New England.
• Deliver innovative, high‑quality designs utilizing advanced technologies and accelerated bridge construction (ABC) techniques.
• Contribute to projects delivered through Design‑Bid‑Build, Design‑Build, and Construction Management‑at‑Risk.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Structural Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 7 years of related bridge or structural engineering experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

• PE license in Massachusetts.
• Additional PE licenses in CT or NH (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
• Massachusetts SE certification.
• 7+ years of MassDOT bridge design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Micro Station/Open Bridge.
