Join RSS and play a key role in bringing modern locomotives into service and keeping them running safely and reliably. We're looking for a hands-on technical professional to support locomotive commissioning, troubleshooting, warranty management, inspections, and customer support across our growing fleet operations.
What you’ll do:- Support locomotive testing and commissioning
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Investigate failures and drive corrective actions
- Work directly with customers, maintenance teams, and suppliers
- Help improve fleet reliability and performance
- Experience with locomotives, rolling stock, rail maintenance, or heavy equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work in field environments
