DescriptionFor more than 35 years, EBI Consulting has helped clients solve complex challenges and unlock greater value from their assets. What sets us apart is not only the depth of our technical expertise, but also the breadth of services we provide across the entire building and asset lifecycle. We take the time to understand each client’s unique goals, delivering tailored solutions, actionable insights, and customized reporting that go beyond what traditional environmental and engineering consulting firms typically offer.
Whether our clients are acquiring, developing, operating, or divesting assets, they rely on EBI as a trusted partner to reduce risk, navigate complexity, and maximize long-term value.
EBI Consulting is seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager-PHIUS Certified Verifier to lead and grow our PHIUS verification services, primarily supporting multifamily new construction and substantial rehabilitation projects. The successful candidate will combine building-science expertise and hands‑on field experience with project management, staff development, client relationship management, and business development to expand the practice while maintaining consistent technical quality.
The position reports directly to the Energy & Sustainability Group Manager and can be a fully remote or hybrid position, depending on where the successful candidate is located. This position requires approximately 30% travel, with the potential for additional travel based on project needs. Most travel will be to client sites in the greater Boston area and throughout Massachusetts, with occasional air travel to other markets.
Candidates must already be based in the Boston area and comfortable with both local and overnight travel to be considered.
