The Dartmouth Group, an Associa company, is hiring a part‑time Security Door Attendant for its community in Boston, MA.

DAYTIME Floater, flexible schedule, weekends required.

• Meet and greet homeowners, residents, visitors, guests, members of the Board of Directors, maintenance vendors, and contractors.
• Open doorways for people to enter and exit.
• Ensure the front door and lobby area are secure and safe.
• Remain at assigned post and maintain correct stance.
• Respond to inquiries and assist where needed.
• Play an active role in the valet parking procedures and ensure timely removal of cars. Secure taxi cabs for residents and guests.
• Transport luggage for Porter pick‑up and deliver to units.
• Communicate with, update, and inform Concierge Staff and Management team.
• Assist Porters in the placement and removal of lobby rain/snow mats as well as maintain the entrance area and lobby.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of local attractions and activities.
• Other duties as requested.

Pay rate: $20-$23 an hour.

• 2+ years of experience as a Door Attendant and/or in Security functions.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Service driven, Customer Focused, Team oriented.
• Outgoing and polite persona; proactive and takes initiative.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make good decisions quickly.
• Ability to exert physical effort in removing, replacing, and transporting residents and/or guest luggage and packages in and out of vehicles.
• Ability to withstand being outdoors and exposed to all weather conditions throughout assigned shift.
