** THE JOB
** The Phone Ambassador will proactively interact with guests to provide information and assistance on all things related to the guest having an enjoyable experience at the venue.
** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
*** Monitor and respond to the venue’s primary phone line and email inbox, answering general venue FAQs, lost & found requests, ADA requests, VIP upgrades, Foundation Room, and general ticket info
* When deliveries arrive, contact the appropriate staff to receive the delivery
* Interact with guests at the Reception window, providing general venue information
* Check-in visitors on the visitor log and distribute lanyards
* Accept and distribute lost & found items to be held in the safe
* Uphold and enforce the venue’s policies and procedures
* Additional duties and special projects as assigned by management

* Required:

*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* Creative thinker and problem solver
* Detail oriented, able to handle several tasks simultaneously
* Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and work well under pressure
* Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
* A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs
* Computer skill competency with an emphasis on Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays
* Position requires constant sitting

* Position requires repetitive use of arms for answering busy phones and typing
